- August 26 - September 4, 2022 -
Proceeds Benefiting The Cashiers Historical Society
This year's Showhouse is a classic mountain retreat designed and built to the exacting style and quality standards of Dillard-Jones. The home is located in Fieldstone, the newest neighborhood in The Club at High Hampton.
Recognized designers from across the southeast will add their distinctive touches to the spacious 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house, which features a variety of work/play areas including the Great Room, an office, a solarium and a loft. It’s the perfect mountain getaway for multi-generational family visits.
Special events will begin with an Opening Night Party on Thursday, August 25, and include daily lectures and presentations highlighting design and entertaining ideas.
The “Cashiers Asado” will feature a highly curated selection of delicious, open-fired roasted meats, succulent seafood and seasonally sourced vegetables, all prepared by our guest Gauchos. Patrons will dance the night away on The Village
Green lawn to the vocal jazz sounds of strings, brass and percussion. A night not to be missed!
A variety of shopping will be available throughout the event’s 10 days, with highly regarded vendors offering unique lifestyle items from apparel to home decorating.
Cashiers Designer Showhouse benefits more than a dozen educational opportunities provided each year by Cashiers Historical Society to the local community and area visitors.

The Cashiers Designer Showhouse has been a popular tradition in western North Carolina for 25 years. The first showhouse was the family home of local designer, Lynn Monday. The charming country cottage was nestled on the edge of Cashiers Lake.
The house was built in the 1930s and later purchased in 1960 as a summer retreat by Lynn’s parents. Lynn tells the story that when her parents first met at Cashiers Lake, her mother saw the house and dreamed of living there one day. This year’s showhouse will continue the tradition of the perfect mountain home ... reimagined for today’s family.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Cashiers Designer Showhouse, more than a dozen designers from Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee will transform a new residence designed and built by Dillard Jones and located in Fieldstone, a neighborhood in The Club at High Hampton.

*Please note that this is an artistic rendering and the final product may vary. Cashiers Designer Showhouse supports a variety of educational activities hosted by Cashiers Historical Society for local schools.
