CASHIERS DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE

OPENING NIGHT PARTY IS THE 24th
The mission of The Cashiers Historical Society is to preserve the heritage of Cashiers Valley, through preservation of historic buildings, education, stewardship and advocacy. A sense of community is strengthened and an appreciation of the heritage of Cashiers is kept alive through activities and educational programs provided by CHS. In 2023, we are celebrating the 26th anniversary of the Cashiers Designer Showhouse, our signature fundraising event. The Showhouse will be held August 25 through September 2, 2023.
We are excited that this year’s beautiful Showhouse will be located in Chimney Top, one of the new High Hampton neighborhoods. In addition, we have a wide variety of vendors with specialty products open daily at The Village Green and other special events. On Thursday evening, August 24th, we will celebrate the Opening Night Party at Halsted House in High Hampton, you won’t want to miss this fabulous event!
Through your support as a benefactor, your donation will help us to carry out our educational programs as well as maintain our beautiful buildings and grounds.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR GIFT
Your donation will help us maintain our campus, which includes four historic structures, a pavilion, beautiful trails, and an heirloom garden and apple orchard.
A sense of community is strengthened and an appreciation of the heritage of Cashiers is kept alive through activities such as Founders Day, Academic Symposiums, Oral Histories, Traditional Workshops and History Rambles. K-12 History Education is a natural priority with a variety of educational programs throughout the year. CHS serves hundreds of local students on an annual basis, including all the local schools and homeschool students.
