Jeanie Gilmer is a distinguished interior designer with over 25 years of expertise in crafting spaces across the Eastern Seaboard. As the lead designer and buyer at Rowan Company in Greenville, SC, Jeanie brings a down-to-earth approach to creating spaces that reflect the best of each client. Originally from Greenville, Jeanie has spread her design influence from Charleston to Washington D.C. In fact, she is currently planning to expand her design business and move to Charleston! Jeanie is passionate about mixing the classics with a touch of modern flair, creating spaces that feel both timeless and unique.

J. EARL & SONS
Jeff Parrott is an expert on lifestyle branding after spending more than 25 years building and shaping some of the best names in the spirits industry. Jeff is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and personal passion for connecting brands to culture. This led him in 2020 to create J. Earl & Sons, a purveyor of unique barware dedicated to establishing high-quality home
bars. As a lifelong Kentucky Straight Bourbon fanatic, he played a formative role in the creation of Blade and Bow, and currently serves as the Whiskey’s Brand Cultivator. Jeff lives in New Canaan, CT where he presently runs J. Earl & Sons and consults ad hoc for Lifestyle & Property Develop Brands.
ELIZABETH STUART DESIGN
Elizabeth Stuart Faith is lauded for her sophisticated, eclectic style, and ability to bring unexpected beauty to each project. With a practical approach emphasizing form and function in equal measure, Stuart has an innate talent for design and a fundamental understanding of how people want to live and work. These qualities have enabled her to create highly personalized residential, commercial, and retail environments. Since founding her eponymous Charleston-based design firm and retail store in 1996, Stuart’s business has grown exponentially to include an enchanting retail garden space and outpost in South Carolina.
ERIC ROSS INTERIORS
Interior Designer Eric Ross has over twenty years of design experience. With a background in bespoke furnishings and a penchant for traditional fabrics and antiques, Ross creates dynamic home interiors that blend comfortable Southern living with timeless style. Blue-and-white porcelain, mixing fabrics on furniture, statement print curtains, artistic wall groupings, and tasteful displays of homeowners’ personal collectibles star among Ross’ signature look, which celebrates the most appealing tenets of southern design. Ross enlivens spaces and works magic with his refined Southern aesthetic. His lush designs reflect his traditional style as well as the passions and preoccupations of his clients. His work has been published in Traditional Home, Southern Style, Southern Lady, The Cottage Journal, and many other publications. His debut book, Enduring Southern Homes, published by Gibbs Smith, is already in its second printing.
FRANCIE HARGROVE INTERIOR DESIGN
A profound sense of style has always been innate in interior designer Francie Hargrove who, even as a young child, saw her love affair with interiors take root. Upon graduating from Brenau Women’s College, Francie began her design career in Atlanta apprenticing with Bettye Fincher Interiors. Several years later she launched her own design firm, Francie Hargrove Interior Design in Perry, GA. With a blossoming career underway, Francie joined forces with her husband, Shannon, and founded a design and build firm.
LISA WESTER INTERIORS
An Oneonta native, Lisa Wester embraces timeless Southern design to create spaces with a sense of history, passion, and substance. Lisa’s signature is a haven which represents the owner. After working many years in design, Lisa created Lisa Wester Interiors in 2016. She specializes in new construction and renovation projects as well as interior and exterior concepts. As an architectural finishing designer Lisa brings a unique skillset to design with the ability to move the project through the construction process all the way to the finish line, ensuring the optimum outcome for the client.

Acorns Director of Retail, Holly Watson has a passion for mixing old and new design elements creating timeless spaces. As the buyer for Acorns, she enjoys shopping for unique pieces that will complement any room. While her focus is on classic interiors that will outlast the ever-changing fads in design, she loves finding statement pieces that finish off a space.
J. BANKS DESIGN GROUP
Sarah Kowalski is a multifaceted designer who has worked with residential and commercial clients throughout the Southeast for over 15 years. Growing up in both the Bahamas and the North Carolina mountains, Sarah’s wide- ranging design aesthetic has been influenced by a variety of cultural and geographical influences. A self-proclaimed “texture enthusiast”, Sarah loves weaving unique materials and a luxurious layering of textiles into her designs. Though she delights in the details, Sarah works from a holistic framework and implements her clients’ vision in a way that complements their lifestyle.

Joey Lynn Butler, owner of Joey B Collection & Design, is an interior designer with an inspirational passion for transforming a house into a beautiful home and creating interior spaces of unique artistic design and tranquility. Residing in Atlanta, Joey grew up in a family of designers, and from an early age, she has been enamored with art, spatial design, and aesthetics of all kinds. With many years of interior design experience, Joey is both professional and personal in her manner, designing spaces that reflect her clients’ personalities, preferences, and lifestyles.
DWH INTERIORS
DWH Interiors is a boutique firm founded on personal service and attention to detail. Its founder Douglas Hilton has been a part of the Atlanta design community for over 35 years. The firm is based in Atlanta and has projects nationwide. While art is definitely part of his style, he works with each client to help them create their personal signature look — whether that look is English Regency, transitional, contemporary, or eclectic. In the end it is the client’s vision for their home, which is important and DWH Interior’s job to make the client’s vision a reality.
KATHY PATTON DESIGNS
Kathy Patton elevates and celebrates the lifestyle of her clients by visually reflecting the people who live in a home. Founded in 1995 and driven by the philosophy that “Life is short...make it beautiful!”, Kathy Patton Designs is known for infusing light, freshness, elegance, and a dash of whimsy into timeless Southern design. Kathy was raised in a southern family where nightly dinners were (and still are) occasions accented by pretty tablescapes, good manners, mood lighting, music, and lively conversation. These roots fuel her ability to marry classic and contemporary design elements that create interest and inspiration.

Spruce Interiors, locally known as “the girls”, consists of Melanie Couch and Nancy Dyleski of Highlands, NC. The design duo were first introduced to one another at the University of Georgia. As fate would have it, they found themselves living in their favorite mountain town years into their careers and formed a partnership to fill the need for a more curated design aesthetic in the area. Spruce aims to create spaces that feel timeless, comfortable, and beautiful while being totally approachable...much like the designers themselves!
DREW ENGLISH
Drew English is the owner of The English Gardener in Cashiers, North Carolina, specializing in traditional English style gardening techniques, garden design, and floral design. From grand parterre estate gardens to quaint cottage flower gardens, Drew’s experience as a plantsman and creative designer translates the tranquility of the British countryside to the Highlands-Cashiers plateau. Drew’s gardening and entertaining talents have been featured on The TODAY Show and in the James T. Farmer III book, Celebrating Home, where he served as a food stylist, content contributor, and floral designer. Drew is currently in his fifth season as the Head dahlia gardener at the High Hampton Dahlia garden, caring for over 800 Dahlia plants.
GREGG IRBY GALLERY
Gregg Irby Gallery, a nationally renowned fine art gallery in Atlanta since 2006, represents over 40 artists throughout the US and abroad. The gallery will once again transform the walls of the showhouse garage with beautiful contemporary art. Avery Williams has represented the gallery throughout Florida for the past 18 years and more recently in Cashiers during the summer months. She will be on-site during the show, sharing a curated collection of original paintings and works on paper.
