The house is located at 1940 NC Highway 107 South, two miles south of the Cashiers Crossroads (Highway 64 and Highway 107).

Hosting Special Events at the Zachary-Tolbert House
You are invited to host your Special Event on the grounds of the 1850 Zachary-Tolbert House.
To date we have hosted the Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours, Symposiums, Chamber Music Concerts, and Garden Clubs.
In 2006, the Dowden Pavilion was completed. This facility is perfect for hosting events from concerts to weddings.
Special Events may include a guided tour of the historic home.
